I have been married for almost 30 years now and have two grown boys, 5 grandchildren. We have 2 dogs – our 4 legged children – and 4 grand puppies and 1 grand kitty. I have lived primarily in the Midwest. We enjoy camping, gardening, music, and spending time with family and friends. I am grateful for what I have and don’t have. The passion for what I do is evident and I give my all – be it work or personal.

Experience in Human Resources (benefits department) and managing behavioral health and occupational therapy private practice clinicshas sharpened the skills required to operate successful businesses. This includes:

  • filing of insurance claims (and follow-up when not paid),
  • billing to clients,
  • credentialing,
  • scheduling,
  • setting up client files,
  • electronic file storage for terminated clients until record retention laws say their information can be purged,
  • basic AR/AP and preparation of materials for the business accountant on a monthly basis.

YOUR ASSISTANT requires CAQH data, NPI, TIN, State Licenses, and Certificate of Insurance copies, as well as any insurance company information for processing claims, client information for the processing of claims, and follow up is needed.

Small Business Owners

Behind the scenes administrative support such as billing, invoicing, inventory, Quickbooks/WAVE; file management

(paper/electronic); scheduling: payroll and preparing records for your accountant.

One-on-One Clients

An introductory phone call is arranged where we discuss the basics of wanting to have YOUR ASSISTANT be of help with

and for you. We would then set up an initial meeting to further discuss the desired outcome of teaming up and how we

can reach those goals in a realistic time frame.
